Seccomp（セキュアコンピューティングモードの略）は、システムコールをフィルタリングするために設計されたLinuxカーネルのセキュリティ機能です。これは、プロセスを限られたセットのシステムコール（すでにオープンされたファイルディスクリプタに対するexit()、sigreturn()、read()、およびwrite()）に制限します。プロセスが他のシステムコールを呼び出そうとすると、カーネルによってSIGKILLまたはSIGSYSで終了されます。このメカニズムはリソースを仮想化するのではなく、プロセスをそれらから隔離します。

seccompを有効にする方法は2つあります：PR_SET_SECCOMPを使用したprctl(2)システムコール、またはLinuxカーネル3.17以降のseccomp(2)システムコールです。/proc/self/seccompに書き込む古い方法は、prctl()に取って代わられました。

拡張機能であるseccomp-bpfは、Berkeley Packet Filter（BPF）ルールを使用してカスタマイズ可能なポリシーでシステムコールをフィルタリングする機能を追加します。この拡張は、OpenSSH、vsftpd、Chrome OSおよびLinux上のChrome/Chromiumブラウザなどのソフトウェアによって利用され、柔軟で効率的なシステムコールフィルタリングを提供し、現在サポートされていないLinux用のsystraceの代替手段を提供します。

オリジナル/厳格モード

このモードでは、Seccompはすでにオープンされたファイルディスクリプタに対してのみexit()、sigreturn()、read()、およびwrite()のシステムコールを許可します。他のシステムコールが行われると、プロセスはSIGKILLで終了されます。

DockerにおけるSeccomp

Seccomp-bpfは、Dockerによってサポートされており、コンテナからのsyscallsを制限することで、攻撃面を効果的に減少させます。デフォルトでブロックされているsyscallsはhttps://docs.docker.com/engine/security/seccomp/で確認でき、デフォルトのseccompプロファイルはここで見つけることができますhttps://github.com/moby/moby/blob/master/profiles/seccomp/default.json。 異なるseccompポリシーでdockerコンテナを実行するには、次のようにします:

アプリケーションを起動するためだけにDockerを使用している場合は、straceでプロファイルを作成し、必要なシステムコールのみを許可できます
